Bill Hall is a Licensed Professional Fiduciary with the State of California (License #PF 1239). He is a Registered Guardian with the National Guardianship Association and a Certified California Fiduciary with the Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC).
Bill has a long history of public service on his résumé. Prior to becoming a Professional Fiduciary, he was a decorated Military Officer for over twenty years. He deployed in support of his country to both Iraq and Afghanistan. His time as an Army Officer allowed him to understand what it means to be a leader and to truly be in service to others.
Bill has also served as a Law Enforcement Professional with the City of San Jose, California for more than a decade. The bulk of his career was working as a Fraud Detective within the Financial Crimes Unit. He investigated a plethora of different types of cases but specialized in elder fraud and scam related crimes that targeted the senior population. He worked closely with the senior citizen community, as they were the primary targets to financial rackets. He worked tirelessly for his elderly victims to fully investigate the scope of incidents, bring the perpetrators to justice and have them held accountable, as well as recoup the stolen funds for the victims. It was in this capacity that Bill became determined to find a role in preventative care for those with special needs from the entities that can prey upon those most vulnerable.
Bill has always prioritized tending to the needs of others above self interest. His transition from his roles as a public servant and military leader to a private fiduciary continues to reward him in being fully invested in his clients, and gives them the individualized care and attention they each deserve. Given his background, Bill is confident taking on complex special needs cases.
